I've taken up what can be best described as a ridiculous training method for this particular half marathon. And, oddly, it's working.

The ups and downs of a long training.
The burglary has put quite a damper on my training. A whole month lost to something that happened in the span of a half hour a most. My new challenge? Getting those dang shoes back on my feet and out the door!
