So for all of you out there that are really concerned, I thought I would share some of my winter running fashion with you. It's horrific, I promise.
I have commenced the 'official' portion of my marathon training which, like all dedicated runners, involves feeling totally out of sorts and unsure of what I am doing.
October has come to an end and with it I bring a cold and the continued determination to get myself back in shape for London 2016!
I've started my training and taken the time to run the numbers on what it will take to finish the marathon. Also, I currently run slightly faster than a sloth. (Yay, sloths!)
Here are my foolproof steps to planning the perfect marathon training.
After a lot of thought, and a lack of training, I'm wussing out of a race tomorrow.
I've taken up what can be best described as a ridiculous training method for this particular half marathon. And, oddly, it's working.
