So for all of you out there that are really concerned, I thought I would share some of my winter running fashion with you. It's horrific, I promise.
Week One of Sixteen
I have commenced the 'official' portion of my marathon training which, like all dedicated runners, involves feeling totally out of sorts and unsure of what I am doing.
