Ridiculous Training (that works for me)

I've taken up what can be best described as a ridiculous training method for this particular half marathon. And, oddly, it's working.

I hate gyms, but after my running-bible of Runner's World told me that it is imperative I strength trained, I tried out three days of yoga at a local gym. Here is what I learned.
